Below are some quick steps on how you can ensure that when you add new filter data to your Ecommerce store, it updates within Cloudshelf:


  1. Click into the Cloudshelf that you are working on
  2. Click the 'Content' tab and make a change on the product groups; 
    1. This could be changing the spelling of a product group and clicking 'save' and then changing the spelling back.
    2. Or you could also change the position of a product group, click 'save', and once this has saved you can change the product group position back to the original position.
