If you have clicked on to a collection on your Cloudshelf and can't see any of your products you will need to go on to your Shopify store and select Cloudshelf as a sales channel for these products.
1. Bulk select all products and then click on to manage 'sales channels and apps'. You then need to select Cloudshelf and click 'done' to save:
