Sometimes this can happen if your device is no longer connected to the internet.

Cloudshelf will carry on displaying on a device even if it loses internet connection.  Any information that had not yet been 'cached' in the devices memory however will not be displayed and certain search functions will not work.

Solution: Confirm / reset internet connection

  • Exit Guided mode/screen pinning
  • Go to settings panel
  • Check you are connected to Wifi or 4G - if not reconnect to your network
  • Go on to browser
  • Try and load another website (maybe your store or Google) - if this loads then all should be fine

You can then relaunch the Cloudshelf icon and all should update correctly.
