No worries - there are simple solutions


Can you find the Cloudshelf icon on your home screen?  

Then simple, just relaunch it.



You have launched it but it is displaying a message saying no Cloudshelf is allocated?  

  1. Go to your Shopify admin panel
  2. Select the Cloudshelf app
  3. Go to the Device tab
  4. Click on the name of the device you want to re-associate
  5. In the next window, select the name of the Cloudshelf you want to associate.



You have launched it but it is displaying a message saying the device is no longer linked?  



  1. Click on 'set up device again' and get a new pairing code

Once you have the pairing code displayed

  1. Go to your Shopify admin panel
  2. Select the Cloudshelf app
  3. Go to the Device tab
  4. Click on 'Pair Device'
  5. Enter the code
  6. Click on the new device
  7. In the next window, give the device a name and select the name of the Cloudshelf you want to associate.

2 minutes later the screen will refresh and display the Cloudshelf




You are in Shopify admin and you can't find the Cloudshelf to associate with the device?

This means you may have accidentally deleted the Cloudshelf.  You can re-create it in a few clicks.


  1. Go to your Shopify admin panel
  2. Select the Cloudshelf app
  3. Go to the Cloudshelf tab
  4. Click on the "New Cloudshelf"
  5. Follow the wizard steps for setting up your Cloudshelf
  6. Once done, go to the Device tab
  7. Click on the name of the device you want to re-associate
  8. In the next window, select the name of the Cloudshelf you want to associate.
