Kiosk mode, or Guided Mode as Apple calls it, is when a screen is locked into one app, preventing users from going onto other apps or websites. This is useful to ensure that Cloudshelf remains on screen the whole time.
Set up on an iPad
Set-up settings > accessibility > guided access
Set a passcode
Display auto-lock: Never
To start Guided mode
Launch your Cloudshelf app.
Then press 3 times on the power or home button (if one exists on your device). Then follow the onscreen instructions
To stop Guided mode
Press 3 times on the power or home button (if one exists on your device). Then select the option on screen to end the guided mode.
