We are really sorry if your Cloudshelf screen has unexpectedly frozen or stopped working. 


        What to do:

  1. Please close the Cloudshelf app by double clicking the home screen button and swiping the app to the top of the screen (so it closes fully) and then re-launch the app. 

  2. If your Cloudshelf still appears to not be working please restart your device by unlocking your kiosk with the key and holding down the power button for several seconds until the device reboots.
