Cloudshelf screens are displayed in stores.  You want to make sure they cannot display inappropriate content.


Basic principles

  • All rights within Cloudshelf are role-based
  • All access to Cloudshelf is via 2FA.
  • All changes to Cloudshelf are logged against an individual user, so changes can be tracked back
  • All Cloudshelf data is snap-shot on the hour, and we can rollback to any hour over last 24 hours, or any day over last 7 days upon demand.


Among your team


Anyone who can change your eCommerce data that is synced into Cloudshelf will be able to update the data in Cloudshelf.


People to whom you have given access to Cloudshelf manager and granted edit rights will be able to change any content with Cloudshelf.  People you have granted delete rights will be able to delete any content within Cloudshelf.



Among Cloudshelf's team


Only people whose role requires them to be able to access your data can see it.  And only those who need to be able to edit your data can change it.


These roles are:

  • your appointed Customer Success Manager and their back up
  • the lead solution admin
  • the head of engineering
