Tips:

New Technology

When placing new technology in-store customers may not always approach it in the first instance. They may have a glance, or even think to themselves that it looks interesting but we can't always rely on the customer to use the screen for the first time on their own. Staff could take the customers to the screen and explain to them what it does.


Great Sales Tool 

Cloudshelf helps with enhancing the shopper experience and can work as a great sales tool when show casing products that are not easily displayed in-store. A customer is always happier to leave a with something they've purchased rather than leaving empty handed. 


Upselling

It can also work as a great way to upsell your products to your customers by offering them additional products from the same range but maybe in a different variant i.e a different colour pair of jeans that you may not have in stock right now but they really love how the 'blue' ones fit and want to purchase the 'black' pair. 


Close sale in-store

Cloudshelf gives you the best chance of closing the sale in-store instead of asking the customer to browse your website at a later time.
